Larger portion of CPS Energy’s Jones Avenue property now for sale

The vacant property at 326 W. Jones Ave. has been on the market by CPS Energy for at least three years.

Since hiring an international real estate brokerage firm in 2018, CPS Energy has struggled to sell its former Jones Avenue Service Center at 326 W. Jones Ave.

L.A.-based BH Properties plans to launch a $9 million renovation of the 10-story office building it purchased from CPS Energy later this year.

BH Properties of Los Angeles plans to upgrade the offices of this former CPS Energy building at 146 Navarro St., while adding restaurant space to the lower floor.
