‘Public good’ debated over $2.1M tax incentive for Grayson Heights in San Antonio’s Government Hill

Grayson Heights near Joint Base San Antonio—Fort Sam Houston is a multi-phased development by a partnership that includes developers J.J. Feik and Tim Sanford, and real estate consultant Robert Hunt.

The Residence at Grayson Heights, a 281-unit, market-rate development in Government Hill, was awarded a $2.1 million tax incentive last week, but not without heavy criticism from some on the City Council.
