GrayStreet sells key Southtown retail strip to Austin firm

The retail strip at South Alamo and South St. Mary's streets was recently sold in November 2022 by San Antonio developer Kevin Covey to an Austin firm.

A popular Southtown retail strip, home to Pharm Table, Mixtli and Brown Coffee Co., has been sold to an Austin firm.

A partnership that includes a prominent entrepreneur and philanthropist from Austin has purchased the retail strip in Southtown that includes the Francis Bogside bar.

Austin developer not seeking incentives for Probandt apartments in San Antonio’s Lone Star District

This waste paper recycling center at 400 Probandt St. is slated to become an apartment development by Austin developer OHT Partners.

A 310-unit apartment building by Austin developer OHT Partners, at 400 Probandt St., was granted final approval by the city’s design commission earlier this month.

Homes in former Southtown arts hub purchased for Airbnb conversion

This home at 1139 S. St. Mary’s St. was recently purchased for the purpose of converting it into an Airbnb.

A local developer has purchased three historic homes in King William from Mike Casey—known as the “Mayor of Southtown” for his patronage of the neighborhood’s art community—with plans to convert two of them into Airbnb rentals.
