Nirenberg, Wolff: San Antonio business leaders interested in buying Missions

Several local business leaders are interested in buying stakes in the San Antonio Missions baseball team, Mayor Ron Nirenberg and County Judge Nelson Wolff said in separate interviews, while declining to say who the leaders were.

Weston Urban has lately approached at least two entities that own property near San Pedro Creek seeking to buy their land while mentioning plans to build a sports stadium.

Historic Palace Livery Stable turned Artes Graficas print shop sold to San Antonio real estate firm

The Palace Livery Stable, 115 Camaron St., was recently purchased by real estate firm DJE Texas Management Group of San Antonio.

A local real estate firm plans to move into the historic Palace Livery Stable and Artes Graficas print shop building at 115 Camaron St.

Weston Urban’s 15-story apartment mid-rise behind Continental Hotel in downtown San Antonio gets initial approval

The de la Garza House would be incorporated into the new development planned by Weston Urban for the area bound by the former Continental Hotel and Arana buildings.

Weston Urban’s plan to restore the former Continental Hotel and build a 15-story apartment tower along San Pedro Creek in west downtown won conceptual approval Wednesday from the city’s historic review board.
