The Juneteenth Festival returns to Comanche Park this year.

Although Juneteenth is only in its second year as a federally recognized holiday, the San Antonio community has long been celebrating the holiday.

Slab Cinema opens Arthouse concept at Blue Star Arts Complex

The Slab Cinema Arthouse officially opens at 8 tonight at the Blue Star Arts Complex with a screening of “Sunset Boulevard,” the 1950 classic Billy Wilder film starring Gloria Swanson as an aging silent film star.
