Houston developer Urban Genesis adding 160 apartments around the St. Mary’s Strip

This property on the 300 block of West Grayson Street was recently purchased by Houston developer Urban Genesis.

Urban Genesis plans to begin construction in mid-2022 on the apartments, which will be three to four stories tall.
