Hops & Hounds planning new location on Museum Reach segment of San Antonio’s River Walk

Hops & Hounds, a restaurant and dog park, is slated to open at 1123 Avenue B on the Museum Reach, around December 2022.

Hops & Hounds, a restaurant and dog park on the Northeast Side, plans to open a second location on the River Walk in north downtown next to Elsewhere Garden Bar & Kitchen.

An Austin partnership plans to convert this cluster of buildings at 901 N. Alamo St. into four bars.

Hixon-Cavender adds to Broadway holdings

This three-story warehouse at 931 Broadway was recently purchased by the Hixon-Cavender partnership.

The Hixon Properties and Cavender family partnership has added another acre to the footprint of the mini-neighborhood it is developing in north downtown on both Broadway and Avenue B.
