October 17, 2022 By Heron Staff

A 29-story residential tower and a three-level retail building are planned for East Market Street at Hemisfair in San Antonio, Texas, as shown in these renderings submitted for the Oct. 19, 2022, Historic and Design Review Commission meeting. Developer Post Lake Capital Partners of Austin is building the market-rate apartments and retail space.

New Hemisfair renderings show a 29-story, 360-unit apartment tower with a 7-level parking garage and 25,000 square feet of retail space on East Market Street. The plans are up for review this week.
