Nirenberg names former Councilwoman Gonzales chair of San Antonio’s Housing Commission, despite protests

Hixon-Cavender adds to Broadway holdings

This three-story warehouse at 931 Broadway was recently purchased by the Hixon-Cavender partnership.

The Hixon Properties and Cavender family partnership has added another acre to the footprint of the mini-neighborhood it is developing in north downtown on both Broadway and Avenue B.
