Property resulting from Hays Street Bridge dispute in San Antonio has new owner

This 2-acre property at 223 S. Cherry St. just north of the Alamodome was transferred to developer Mitch Meyer in 2019 by the City Council as the final city action in the Hays Street Bridge saga.

A shell company led by local developer Cory Stehr has purchased a property next to the Alamodome that resulted from the Hays Street Bridge dispute.

Leeds building restoration in west downtown San Antonio approved by historical commission

Last month, plans for the restoration of the Leeds building, 345 W. Commerce St., were approved by the Historic and Design Review Commission.
