Development Profile: 121-room Artista Hotel approved by San Antonio design review commission

The 121-room Artista Hotel is being planned for 151 E. Travis St., San Antonio, Texas, along the River Walk, by California developer Jake Harris.

The 121-room Artista Hotel planned for a compact property on East Travis Street and the river received final approval from the Historic and Design Review Commission on Wednesday.

Developer’s plan to build 8 homes in Dignowity Hill sent back to drawing board

A single-family home development called CherryCourt. is being planned by Mint Development of San Antonio for two vacant lots on the 1000 block of North Cherry Street in Dignowity Hill Historic District on the near East Side. This rendering shows the view from Cherry Street.

A new project called CherryCourt, eight 2-story homes in Dignowity Hill, was recently rejected by the Historic and Design Review Commission.
