Swine House Bodega, which serves breakfast and lunch sandwiches, is now open in the Rand building, 124 N. Main Ave., next to Pinch Boil House and Bia Bar.

Owner Joe Saenz uses product from area farms for deli meats and charcuterie. Saenz’ Swine House has been mobile the past two years, catering pop-ups and special events.

This morning, Swine House Bodega offered two sandwiches—a biscuit butter jam (made with Plugra butter and house blackberries), $2.99; and a biscuit sandwich of breakfast sausage (Bluebonnet Meat Co. pork), pastured eggs from Parker Creek Ranch, and American cheese, $6.99.

Lunch today is a focaccia sandwich for $4.99, and a sub of beef and pork meatballs for $11.99.

Hours of operation are 7:30-10 a.m. and 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The official opening is scheduled for Monday, May 30.
