The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is in full swing! Heron contributing photographer Kaylee Greenlee Beal roamed the grounds on Friday and captured these shots of life at the rodeo, as young Texas 4-H cattle and livestock handlers lead their animals throughout the barn, as people munched on fair food, as fairgoers enjoyed carnival games and rides. As the day drew to a close, fairgoers were greeted with another one of those spectacular sunsets we’ve been having lately. The rodeo continues at the AT&T Center and Freeman Coliseum complex through Feb. 27. — Heron staff
