Larger portion of CPS Energy’s Jones Avenue property now for sale

The vacant property at 326 W. Jones Ave. has been on the market by CPS Energy for at least three years.

Since hiring an international real estate brokerage firm in 2018, CPS Energy has struggled to sell its former Jones Avenue Service Center at 326 W. Jones Ave.

BH Properties of Los Angeles plans to upgrade CPS Energy's former office building at 146 Navarro St., which will include 20,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space.

BH Properties of Los Angeles announced last week that it’s preparing to start refurbishing CPS Energy’s former office building on Navarro Street into what it describes as a mixed-use destination on the River Walk.

GrayStreet Partners buys parking lot next to Mexican Consulate from CPS Energy

This lot at 121 Navarro St., formerly owned by CPS Energy, was recently purchased by local developer GrayStreet Partners.

Downtown developer GrayStreet Partners on Thursday purchased a one-acre parking lot from CPS Energy, next to the Mexican Consulate and across from the Tower Life Building, in the heart of downtown.

CPS Energy has sold its former headquarters at 145 Navarro St. on the River Walk to a real estate company that plans to renovate it into a hotel.
